Fragile
Today's Photo Friday entry needs a little bit of explanation.
I took this photo outside the Riverport Amphitheater on 9/17/2005. That's me on the left, and my best friend Bart on the right.
We were there to see the Allman Brothers Band , one of the many concerts we saw together over the span of our 20 year friendship.
It was our last concert together. Bart died a couple of weeks later . This is the last picture that was taken of him.
Life is indeed fragile.

I am so sorry for your loss. Great photograph though, and I'm sure many
great concert memories.

While looking the future is helpful, we need to remember that nothing but
the present is certain. Therefore, we need to revel in it while we can.
It's good to be reminded of that.
